Top MBA Colleges in India Vs Average Salary

Business schools often use exaggerated compensation statistics, add variable pay to stated pay packages, and other ways. However, none of them give statistics on the number or proportion of students who were unable to find work.

A key source of anxiety for MBA candidates is the declining employability of MBA graduates, which results in fewer jobs. According to the Economic Times, only 10% of graduates are employed who graduate from these MBA colleges with best placements.

As per the ASSOCHAM the drop in placement can be because of the following factors that include an excessive amount of students and less demand, inadequate quality evaluation for AICTE clearance, not as per the benchmark faculty members or it can be a lack of fundamental skills and job experience, and graduates' lack of practical and problem-solving abilities.

So to make sure no students make any mistakes while considering  MBA colleges with best placements we have listed the data as per the previous year.

Campus recruitments really represent the college's talent pool, and they provide possibilities and exposure for prospective students. Every MBA candidate faces a life-changing choice. So, consider the ASSOCHAM Report on MBA Employability.

The highlights of ASSOCHAM report of placement for MBA colleges with best placements :

  • As per the reports MBA programmes in categories B and C produce graduates who are unemployed.
  • The majority of the 8110 MBA schools produce MBAs whose performance falls below the mean.
  • Graduates from business schools falling under categories C and B have challenges in securing career opportunities that provide a monthly salary of less than Rs 10,000 or fail to find appropriate employment altogether.
  • There is a sense of apprehension stemming from the decreasing prices of these business schools. The level of control over the subject in question is inadequate.
