The group in charge of running the XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) in 2023 will give applicants the exam centre they chose on the application form. With COVID-19 guidelines, the XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) 2023 will be given at several test centres in 79 cities. On the XAT 2023 application form, candidates can choose where they want to take the test. For the XAT in 2023, you will only be able to choose two test cities.

Only on the XAT application form should this choice be made with care. After candidates download their admit cards, they will find out where they will take the XAT exam. After that, they will not be able to change the exam city or location.

How to Choose XAT Test Centers

On the XAT application form for 2023, you will be able to choose where you want to take the test. Follow the steps below to choose the test city you want:

  • Sign up on the official website for XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) 2023 – Sign in at https://xatonline.in/ to fill out the application form
  • Fill in the necessary information and go to the “select test city” section.
  • Choose the two cities you like best from the list.
  • Fill out the form completely.
  • Pay the fee and click “submit.”

Important Things to Know About Choosing XAT Exam Centers

Here are some important things to keep in mind when filling out the application form for the XAT test city:

  • You will be able to pick up two cities from the list that is given.
  • Choose the XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) test cities in the order that you like them best.
  • Choose your hometown or the place you were living at the time of the exam as your first choice.
  • If a XAT test centre in your first-choice city is full, you will be given a test centre in your second-choice city.
  • Any XAT test centre can be changed or cancelled by the people in charge of the exam.
  • The group in charge of running the exam will have the final say on where XAT exams will be held.
  • After the XAT admit card is sent out, you won’t be able to make any changes.

Does and Don’ts of XAT Test Centers

  • Visit the XAT test centre 2023 the day before the test to find out where it is and how far it is from your home. This will help you figure out how long it will take you to get to the test centre on the day of the XAT.
  • Bring two copies of your XAT admit card 2023 and the original copy of any government-issued ID.
  • Get to the XAT test centre before 1:00 PM on the day of the exam.
  • Don’t try to get into the XAT testing centre early or without permission.
  • Do not leave the exam room until the person in charge tells you to.

Q. How many cities can I choose from when I sign up for the XAT?

Ans. XAT 2023 candidates can choose up to two cities where they want to take the test. It is suggested that candidates put their home city as their first choice since the exam body tries to place people in their home cities.

Q. Can I change where I’m taking the XAT after the admit card comes out?

Ans. No. After the admit card is released, candidates can’t change where they’re taking the XAT. They can’t take the test anywhere else but at the location written on their XAT admit card.

Q. How will I find out where my XAT test will be given?

Ans. The address of the test centre will be written on the XAT 2023 admit card for each candidate. The candidates must make plans to get to the XAT test centre on time so that the day of the test goes smoothly.

Q. I want to change my XAT form’s choice of test city. Is that okay?

Ans. Test city preference can only be changed during the XAT form correction period when candidates who have already sent in their XAT 2023 application forms can make changes.

Q. If I get to the XAT test centre after the reporting time, will I still be able to take the test?

Ans. The 2023 XAT test will start at 2:00 PM. After 1:30 PM, candidates won’t be able to get into the XAT exam centre. So, they need to get to their test centres at the times written on their admit cards.

Q. What time do I need to be at the test centre for the XAT?

Ans. Since the XAT 2023 test starts at 2:00 PM, candidates need to be there at 1:00 PM. Candidates need to get to their XAT centres on time so that they can get their IDs checked and take care of other formalities on time.

Q. What kinds of electronics are not allowed in the XAT test centre?

Ans. At the XAT exam centre, you can’t bring any kind of electronic device, like a cell phone, digital watch, iwatch, calculator, iPad, etc. Candidates can’t bring them to the exam because there’s no place to leave them.

Q. Can I bring water into the room where the XAT is given? Will there be any rules for candidates about COVID-19?

Ans. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, candidates can bring their own water bottles into the test room. At the XAT 2023 exam centre, candidates must also act in a COVID-compliant way, which includes carrying hand sanitiser, wearing a mask, wearing gloves, and keeping their distance from other people.

Q. What do I need to bring with me to the XAT exam centre?

Ans. Along with the XAT admit card 2023 and the PwD certificate, candidates must bring one of the following documents as proof of identity: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Ration Card, Driving License, or Voter ID Card.

Q. Can I take the XAT at a different test centre if I can’t get to the one I was assigned to?

Ans. No. The test can only be taken at the centre listed on the candidate’s XAT admit card. Even if they go to an exam centre other than the one they were assigned, they won’t be let in.
