Admit Card: XAT 2023

The XAT admit card for 2023 is now out. You could start downloading your hall ticket on December 20, but that was changed to December 26. The official website, xatonline, is where people can get their admit cards. The XAT admit card for 2023 will have the candidate’s name, picture, roll number, test location, and time to show up. People who want to take the XAT in 2023 must download and print out two copies of their XAT admit card, as no one will be given a hard copy. The admit card can be downloaded until January 8, 2023, which is the day of the XAT 2023 test. To get their XAT to admit cards, candidates will need to use the login information they made when they signed up for the test in 2023.

XAT Admit Card: Download Process

Only xatonline.in or the XLRI website is where candidates can get their XAT admit card or hall ticket. The XAT admit card 2023 will not be available on any other website. 

Check out the steps to download listed below:

  • Visit the official XAT 2023 website: https://xatonline.in/
  • Click on the “Admit Card” button.
  • Click “login” after entering your XAT User ID and date of birth.
  • Click on the tab for “XAT admit card.”
  • There will be a link to download the XAT 2023 admit card.
  • Click on “Download” and save the ticket as a PDF file.

Details on the 2023 XAT admit card

After candidates download their XAT admit card, they must check the information on it because it is the only thing that will let them take the test at the right time and place. 

The following information will be on the XAT admit card 2023 for each candidate:

  • Candidate’s name
  • Photo of the candidate
  • Date of birth of the candidate
  • Gender of the candidate
  • XAT ID of the candidate

The following information should be correct on the admission ticket:

  • The candidate’s name shouldn’t be missing parts or spelled wrong.
  • The registration number must match the one on the XAT form 2023.
  • The candidate’s date of birth shouldn’t be wrong.
  • The disabled status should match what’s on the application form.
  • The correct date of the exam should be written down.
  • The city for the test should match the cities chosen on the application form.

How to Study for the XAT

Get to the XAT test centre at the time listed on your admit card to finish identifying yourself. At the time of identification, you’ll need to show your documents and follow the steps.

  • On the day of the test, bring a mask, gloves, hand sanitiser (50 ml), and a clear water bottle.
  • When you get into the exam room, find your computer and take a seat. Do not turn on the computer until the teacher tells you to.
  • Do not look into the workspace of another candidate. If your computer breaks down, you should tell the monitor right away.
  • Read the instructions for the test carefully and follow them as you answer the questions. Any mistake can cost a lot.
  • The XAT admit card is a required piece of paperwork that must be brought to the exam room and shown to the invigilator. Those who don’t have their admit cards won’t be able to take the test.
  • XAT applicants must bring two copies of their admit card to the test. One copy of the admit card needs to be given to the proctor, and the other copy needs to be kept by the candidate.
  • After printing out the XAT 2023 admit card, applicants should attach a recent passport-sized colour photo with a white background. The photo you upload with your XAT application must be the same one you use here.
  • DO NOT put your name on the card. It can only be signed in front of the proctor at the testing centre.
  • Candidates are told to bring a second form of ID to prove who they are. They only accept the original copy of the photo ID.
  • Inside the test centre, you can’t bring watches or gadgets like a cell phone, a calculator, an iPad, or anything made of metal.

The candidates should bring one of the following forms of ID to the exam hall along with their XAT 2023 admit card. Candidates are told to bring both the original ID proof and a copy of it.

Frequently Asked Questions About XAT 2023 Admit Card

Q. Will I be able to print out my XAT admit card?

Ans. No, no one will get a hard copy of their XAT admit card in 2023. The only place where candidates can get their admit cards is from the XAT website. Applicants must download their admit card twice.

Q. If I forget my password, how can I get a copy of my XAT admit card?

Ans. You can make a new password if you forget the one you made when you filled out the XAT application form. Go to the XAT login page and click on the “Forgot Password” tab. This will let you make a new password. To log in again, do what it says and change your password.

Q. Can I bring a digital copy of my XAT admit card with me to the exam?

Ans. At the exam centre, only a printout of the original XAT admit card 2023 will be accepted as a valid form of ID. The XAT hall ticket cannot be a digital copy or a copy made from a photo.

Q. Can I change where I’m taking the XAT after I get my admit card?

Ans. When you fill out the XAT application form for 2023, you can only change your test centre once. The XAT application form cannot be changed after it has been sent. When the window for making changes to the form opens, candidates can change the test city if they want to.

Q. Will the map to the test centre be on my XAT admit card for 2023?

Ans. The Google map and address of the test site will be on the XAT 2023 admit card. A day before the test, the candidates must use Google Maps to figure out the quickest way to get to the XAT test centre.

Q. What else do I need to bring with my XAT admit card?

Ans. Candidates must bring the original copy of their XAT admit card, a passport-sized photo, and a valid form of ID, such as an Aadhaar card, a voter ID, a passport, or a driver’s license.

Q. What time should I show up for the XAT 2023?

Ans. The time to show up for the XAT 2023 test is at 1:00 PM. But because of COVID-19, each candidate has a different time to report. Candidates must arrive on time so that they don’t have to wait to get into the exam room.

Q. Can I bring a copy of my XAT admit card with me to the exam?

Ans. No, only the original XAT admit card printed in colour on an A4 sheet will be valid. Bring two copies of your XAT admit card, a photo ID, and a pen to sign the attendance sheet with to the test centre.

Q. If I lose my admit card, do I have to pay anything to get a replacement?

Ans. No, candidates don’t have to pay anything extra to get a second copy of their admit card. If they lose it, they can get it again from the official XAT 2023 website. The window to download the admit card will stay open until the day of the exam.

Q. Do I still need to keep my XAT admit card after the test?

Ans. Yes, you should keep your XAT admit card even after the test. Institutes may ask for it during the selection process, which could be a group discussion, a personal interview, or a written ability test.
