Analysis of TISSNET 2022: Selected Highlights

The TISSNET 2022 exam had a difficulty level that was somewhere in the middle. The questions in the General Knowledge portion were only a tad bit more difficult than those from the previous year.

The TISSNET 2022 question paper was very similar to the one from the previous year.

The section on logical reasoning and quantitative ability consisted of a total of 30 questions, 22 of which were related to quantitative ability, six of which were related to data interpretation, and two of which were related to logical reasoning. This section was the most straightforward and straightforward to attempt for a candidate who had adequately prepared.

The level of difficulty for the General Awareness section was average. Both Current Affairs and Static General Knowledge were given an equal number of questions to answer.

With the exception of a handful of the fill-in-the-blank questions, the questions in the English Proficiency and Language Skills portion ranged from easy to moderate in difficulty.

Analysis of the TISSNET 2022 Paper

The TISSNET test had a level of difficulty that ranged from easy to moderate overall. In comparison to the English Proficiency and Mathematical and Logical Reasoning sections, the General Knowledge exam proved to be challenging once again this year. The questions in the English Proficiency section were the least challenging, while those in the Mathematical and Logical Reasoning sections ranged from moderately challenging to extremely challenging.

The majority of the questions in the English Proficiency section were considered to be of a moderately tough to difficult level. The Fill in the Blanks section comprised the majority of the questions. There were two Reading Comprehension passages, each with five questions, and both of them could be considered challenging.

Questions relating to mathematics and logical reasoning ranged from very challenging to extremely challenging. The arithmetic section contained the majority of the problems. There were two separate groups of questions for the DI.

The General Knowledge part contained challenging questions, including around 18 to 20 questions pertaining to Current Static, ten questions pertaining to Static GK, and ten to twelve questions pertaining to Government Schemes.

Analysis of the TISSNET Paper in 2020

Online administration of the TISS National Entrance Test 2020 took place in February of that same year.

The test consisted of a total of one hundred questions, which were broken up into three categories: general knowledge (forty questions), logical reasoning and mathematics (30 questions), and English (30 questions).

There was not a certain cut-off for the portion. Because of this, it is possible to assert that the paper pattern was consistent throughout all of the portions.

General Awareness

The remaining questions in the Logical Reasoning section included drawn-out mathematical riddles and sequences that required a lot of time and effort.

In the area of mathematics, most of the problems required excellent analytical skills and focused on arithmetic. On the other hand, in terms of the level of difficulty, these were easy to regulate.

The majority of the material in the Data Interpretation portion was comprised of graphs and pie charts. To find a solution for them, extensive calculations were required.

A satisfactory performance in this part would have been a score between 25 and 27 out of a possible 30 points.

Ability to Communicate Verbally and Comprehension of Written Material

The total number of questions across the Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension portions was thirty.

In 2020, just as they did in 2019, vocabulary questions occupied the majority of the space in this section.

The questions focused on phrases and expressions that are used frequently. When compared to the ones that will be given in 2019, they were a lot simpler.

The majority of the questions in the grammar section concerned easily confused terms.

There were questions on idioms, proverbs, idiom pairs, synonyms, antonyms, and one-word substitutes. There was also an odd-one-out question.

The overall question paper for TISSNET 2021 was rated as being somewhere between moderately and extremely challenging. Candidates were given one hundred minutes to do the exam, and it was discovered that it was quite possible to finish within the allotted time for each component of the exam.
