What is IPM at IIM Ranchi?
The Integrated Program of Management is a five-year on-campus fully integrated management course. This course is designed especially for young students, those candidates who have just passed out from their higher schooling. These fresh candidates if aspire to become successful managers, an entrepreneur, or a leader, can register for the IPMAT exam and enroll in IPM offered at IIM Ranchi or any other IIM that offers the Integrated Program of Management.
Participants of the IPM are offered two degrees. First, a Bachelor’s degree is offered after the completion of the first three years of the IPM. And second, an MBA degree after 2 years of MBA course. The participant benefits from this Program in a number of ways:-

IIM Ranchi Cut off IPMAT
IPMAT exam is conducted by IIM Indore for admission in IPM offered by the IIMs. Admission to the Integrated Program of Management is done on the basis of SAT exam scores or the IPMAT exam scores. In case the candidate has appeared in both the exams, the better score will be considered.

There is no sectional requirement to meet in IIM Ranchi cut off IPMAT. The applicants will have to meet the total cut off requirement for being shortlisted in the first round. The SAT exam is conducted five times a year. Customarily it takes place during March, May, August, October, and December. The SAT exam is held in over 70 cities with around 73 venues in India. The applicants will be shortlisted based on the IIM Ranchi Cut-off IPMAT scores and SAT scores before being invited for the next stage of shortlisting. In the next stage, the candidates will participate in a Written Ability test (WAT) and participate in Personal Interviews (PIs). - Admission through meeting the IIM Ranchi cutoff for the CAT exam. IIM Ranchi cut off for OBC in the CAT exam is expected to be 76%. This is only the total cutoff requirement. The OBC candidate will also have to meet the sectional cutoff which is expected to be 45%.
- The second option for OBC candidates to enroll in the MBA program at IIM Ranchi is through the IPMAT exam. The IIM Ranchi cut off IPMAT for OBC is 131.
IIM Ranchi cut off for SC
The candidates from the SC category have two options for IIM Ranchi cut off consideration:
- Admission through meeting the IIM Ranchi cut off for the IPMAT exam. IIM Ranchi cut off for SC in the CAT exam is expected to be 54%. This is only the total cut off requirement. The OBC candidate will also have to meet the sectional cut off which is expected to be 35%.
- The second option for SC candidates to enroll in the MBA program at IIM Ranchi is through the IPMAT exam. The IIM Ranchi cut off IPMAT for SC is 90.
IIM Ranchi Admission Fees
Fee Structure of IIM Ranchi Admission
After the candidate has accepted the offer of admission at IIM Ranchi, an IIM Ranchi admission fees of INR 1,00,000/- is to be deposited. This amount will be adjusted against the 1st term fee. The tuition fee for the first term is inclusive of the amount paid as admission and tuition fees.
The IIM Ranchi admission fees of INR 1,00,000 must be paid online and the balance of the first term fee of Rs 1,80,000/- plus the first term mess expenses of INR 15,000/- total of which is amounting to Rs. 1,95,000/- is to be paid before the date of registration.
IIM Ranchi admission fees include a caution deposit of INR 10,000 that is refundable at the time of leaving given the condition that the institute is subject to the adjustment, if any.
