IIM Raipur Ph.D. Admission Criteria and Academic Cut off

Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria are required to take the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by the IIMs. Those who have taken GATE, GRE, GMAT, JRF (UGC/CSIR), or UGC-NET examinations can also apply in the relevant area of specialization.

Scores of any of these examinations including CAT taken during the last two years will be considered valid. Admission to the IIM Raipur Ph.D. program is open to overseas candidates including NRIs and foreign nationals.

Candidates who have completed two-year full-time PGP in the last 10 years from IIMs with a minimum grade point equivalent to 6.0 out of a 10-point scale or equivalent are exempted from the test scores and can apply directly.
