IIM Raipur offers full-time residential postgraduate management programs and executive management programs along with doctoral programs. Admission to the two-year residential PGP is based on Common Admission Test (CAT) scores. The admission process begins by inviting applications from candidates who have taken the CAT exam and scored above the minimum required IIM Raipur Cut off.
After analyzing the past trends, in this form fees article, we have provided the expected CAT 2023 cut off required to secure admission to the IIM Raipur PGP program for the academic year 2024-26.
The expected IIM Raipur Cut off for CAT 2023 is 92 percentile (overall) and 70 percentile (sectional) for the general category candidates. The overall CAT Cut off will be 74 for NC-OBC, 70 for EWS, 54 for SC, and 40 for the ST and DA categories.
The institute will use the CAT 2023 percentile to shortlist the PGP applicants for the Common Admission Process (CAP). The CAP is common for all the new IIMs. It consists of a Written Ability Test (WAT) and a Personal Interview (PI). However, the Written Ability Test is not a part of the Common Admission Process in 2024.
IIM Raipur admission criteria will assign 40% weightage to the CAT 2023 percentile score, 25% to the PI score, 16% to past academic scores, 9% to work experience, 7% to gender diversity, and 3% to VARC, for the PGP 2024-26 batch in the final selection round.
However, in the final selection criteria, students are admitted based on their overall composite score calculated based on previous academic performance, professional work experience, CAT scores, and Common Admission Process scores.
The executive PGP programs of IIM Raipur admit students based on academic qualifications and work experience. Applicants will be shortlisted for Personal Interviews based on these two parameters and the final selection will depend on the PI score and overall profile.
IIM Raipur Ph.D. program invites applications through the institute’s official website. The applicants will be shortlisted for further selection rounds based on their academic profile, area of specialization chosen, and performance in entrance examinations such as CAT/ GATE/ GRE/ GMAT / JRF (UGC/ CIR) or UGC-NET. Shortlisted candidates will then be called for personal interviews at IIM Raipur for final selection.

"I was extremely stressed about applying to college, but FormFees made the process a breeze." They were really incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they took the time to completely understand my objectives and interests. I'm really delighted I took advantage of their services!"
"FormFees offered me a great discount on my college application fee, which was a huge help." I was able to apply to more colleges than I would have otherwise, and I got accepted to my desired school. I am quite appreciative of their service!"
My confidence has boosted since I have got in touch with formfees. I was a person who used to get demotivated very easily just by looking at others.. I used to underestimate my skills because I used to feel what others have is appreciated and what I have in me everyone has in common. Formfees helped me exploring my own skills that I could never explore by myself. Now I am really happy with I am doing. Extremely thankful to Formfees and team.
