Centers for CMAT 2023
CMAT candidates have the option of taking the test in a city of their choice. Candidates who want to take the CMAT can take the test in their hometown or the city closest to their home. The CMAT test city list was made public by the NTA along with the exam brochure. In January or February 2023, when the official notice of the test comes out, the list of cities where the CMAT will be given will also be made public. There are 124 cities from which candidates can choose.
The CMAT test centre is given to candidates based on the cities they choose on the application form. Candidates can choose up to four cities where they would like to take the test. From the list of test cities on the CMAT 2023 application form, candidates will be given their choice of where to take the CMAT.

How to Choose Where to Take the CMAT?
Applicants can choose to take the CMAT in one of up to four cities. Here are the steps you need to take to choose CMAT test cities:
- On the official website, you can sign up for the CMAT in 2023.
- Sign in with your registration number and password to fill out the form.
- Fill in the necessary information and move on to the test city part.
- Choose four cities from the list in the order of how much you like them, from one to four.
- Pay your fees and send in the CMAT 2023 form.
What to Bring to the CMAT Exam Center?
In addition to the CMAT 2023 admit card, candidates must bring a valid ID and other documents like a Scribe Certificate and a PwD Certificate. Here is a list of the IDs that people can bring to the CMAT exam centre:
- One passport size photograph (same as uploaded with the CMAT application form)
- PAN card
- Driver License
- Voter ID
- Passport
- Aadhaar card
- Ration card.
Important things to keep in mind
The CMAT 2023 test site will be given to candidates based on how many seats are available.
In case of an emergency, the NTA has the power to change or cancel an CMAT exam centre.
After submitting the form and getting the admit card, candidates can’t ask to change the exam city or centre.
On the candidate’s admit card, the address of the CMAT test site will be written.
Do’s and Dont’s for CMAT Test Centers
At the CMAT 2023 exam centre, candidates will need to follow certain rules in order to take the test without any problems. Here are some things you should and shouldn’t do:
CMAT Exam Centre Do’s:
Bring two copies of your CMAT to admit card for 2023, as well as the original copy of your ID.
Bring a ballpoint pen so you can sign the sheet.
Get to the exam centre by the time is given, which for the first slot is 7:30 AM and for the second slot is 1:30 PM.
Cooperate with the security staff at the gate and do what the invigilator tells you to do so you don’t get kicked out.
Do not turn on the computer given to you until the invigilator tells you to.
CMAT Exam Centre Don’ts:
Don’t be late for the CMAT test center. Those who get to the center after 7:30 AM for the first slot or after 1:30 PM for the second slot will not be allowed in.
Don’t bring your cell phone, calculator, digital watch, iPad, or other electronic devices to the CMAT 2023 test centre.
Don’t wear hats, jackets, clothes with pockets, metal belts, hair clips, jewellery, etc. to the exam centre.
Do not bring food, bags, or valuables into the test centre. Only students with diabetes are allowed to bring fruit into the test centre.
Don’t argue with security or support staff at the CMAT test centre. If you act badly, you could be kicked out.
