XIME provides scholarships to students who wish to pursue promising careers in management but are unable to do so because of financial constraints caused by the death of the earning member of their family due to COVID 19. Due to indigency, XIME scholarships are only available to students whose families do not earn an income.

Criteria for XIME Scholarships

The following terms will govern the sanction of the

1. In two years, the XIME scholarship covers 50% of tuition, which is equivalent to Rs.5.5 lakh (XIME Bangalore) and Rs.4 lakh (XIME Kochi & XIME Chennai).
2. A student is only eligible for a XIME scholarship if he or she is the sole breadwinner in their immediate family.
3. Issuing medical documents for the immediate family member’s illness and hospitalization is the student’s responsibility.
4. It is generally recommended that the family’s income be less than Rs. 8 lakh per year.
5. For the XIME scholarship, only sessions 2021-2023 are eligible.
6. During the PGDM programme, a XIME scholarship recipient will not be eligible for any other scholarship/concession offered by the Institute.
7. XIME has the right to change the scholarship grant terms and conditions at any time.
8. Students who receive the XIME scholarship must maintain prescribed academic progress standards. After the student has achieved the required grade point average for promotion to the second year, the XIME Scholarship will be released. Scholarships will not be awarded to students who fall behind academically.
9. XIME Scholarships are awarded based on an application process and evaluation by the Scholarship Committee. Applications are reviewed and evaluated by the Scholarship Committee before XIME Scholarships are awarded.
