Ans. As it is rightly said, any college can be good for a good student. However, if you compare Amity with some tier 1 colleges Amity stands nowhere. This is a prejudice that students at Amity don't have to study or attend classes, you will find the strictest rules about attendance, and that too 75%. Yes, the environment in the college is pretty cool. Amity fest is the best part. I don't know about other departments but for engineering, you need to study and attend classes at Amity! Moreover, people know Amity! Maybe because of their advertisements and their sponsorship of any brands. But you get the plus point here that whenever you are appearing in the interview in later stages people know Amity, unlike some shady up to colleges which are in Ghaziabad or some abandoned place in Greater Noida.
Amity gives you exposure, it allows you to showcase yourself and to have a better personality. Amity incubators are helpful for Entrepreneurs.
For the con side.
You need to pay a hefty amount to an engineering course which in return cannot assure you a highly-paid job. So if you're thinking of taking loans and studying here then please a big no! But if you can afford it and are not able personality to crack tier 1 colleges like IIT, NITS, and some other government colleges and most importantly if you can afford it. It could be an option.
Ans. This is a good college. I would recommend students to take admission in it. Placements are great and around 98% of students get placed for their desired fields. Internships with job offers are also available.
Ans. You absolutely can! But it will all depend on whether you manage to score well in both the 1st and second semesters. Acceding to one of the scholarship plans at Amity Gwalior, a student who stands first or holds the first rank among all his/her class, is provided with a scholarship of 30%. But the number of rank holders depends upon the number of students in the class. For, if there are 30–70moredents, only the 1st rank holder will b subjected to the scholarship. Doe, more than 70–120, 1st and 2nd will get it, And in case of more than 120, 3rd rank holder shall also get it.
Ans. Many students in amity come with scholarships and pass out with scholarships when you get in touch with seniors of the respective department you would come to know a clear idea.
The criteria would be that you need be in the top 5% of departments for the same batch. The process needs a lot of dedication as need to keep up your grades at any cost mostly you are advised to attend all the classes no matter whatever the reasons.
Ans. Yes, the Amity campus is safe for female students, and the campus is very well-guarded and has a good security system to ensure the safety of all the students.
Ans. No, being part of Amity University Mumbai Teksons, P3, and Domino inside Amity Mumbai is “A BIG FAT DREAM” which eventually is baseless so the reality in the next upcoming years there is no project coming in Amity Mumbai(Panvel) of any Famous or Prominent Franchise.
I am amazed by the fact that how can one single organisation be so resourceful. They helped me from the beginning till the end. 9 faced a lot of problems hurdles as they say it, but they had a solution for them all. I dont just appreciate the guidance they provide but also the suggestions they give during this transition. I am really more than thankful to the team for making everything so easy for me. May God bless them
My association with Mr Kanhaiya Agarwal, the founder of Formfees, a niche start-up in education space, goes back to school days. Kanhaiya and I were school friends and I have watched him closely during his evolution from a young charming boy to a hard core entrepeneur. During my preparation for management entrance exams, Kanhaiya and his team at Formfees helped me immensely in finalizing the startegy and fine tuning the execution. It is because of he and his team that I have been able to secure my dream seat at XLRI. I wish Formfees all the best for all its future endeavours.
When I Coming to know about 'Formfees', I saw in it an opportunity to keen aside all the queries regarding application processes with the Formfees team which is home to proper & correct information for all B School entrances along with that they also help me a lot with my GD PI preparations which made my way my dream College IIM AHMEDABAD to KUDOS to Kanhaiya Sir & Formfees.
