Girl Child Scholarship for Undergraduate Programs

1. A maximum of 70% marks are required in 12th grade to qualify for the 20% scholarship for all girls entering undergraduate programs at UPES for the 2021-22 academic year.

Covid Warrior Scholarship Programs	In order to apply for a scholarship, applicants must submit a valid photo ID proof. For the employees involved in the services listed in Table - A during the COVID-19 lockdown, a certificate from the Head of the Institute is required. Candidates for the scholarship must be in the regular mode of study. Financially dependent children are also included in the wards. Scholarships are only available to Indian citizens. UPES awards scholarships in phases according to the scheme in effect at the time of application and after verifying and authenticating information, certificates, and other papers as necessary. Corona Warriors Scholarships are only available for one-year programs. The scholarship will be awarded only after the candidate's original documents have been verified. The scholarship will not be awarded to the recipient if they are unable to submit the required documentation within the 6 month period from the last day of admission. If the scholarship has already been awarded, it may be canceled. Corona Warriors Scholarships cannot be combined with any other scholarship except those required by law, such as the UPES Domicile Concession Scholarship. To maintain UPES's tuition fee cap at 50% for a year, students who are eligible for this Scholarship or any other Scholarship and any other monetary UPES program or policy should only choose those schemes. As shown in the table above, Post Matric Scholarship applicants or other government scholarship recipients eligible for a complete waiver of program fees may apply for a University Scholarship up to 50% of the Tuition Fee. If it is discovered that any information or facts were concealed, suppressed, or distorted during the application process that would make an applicant ineligible for admission or the Scholarship, Legal action will be taken according to law to cancel the admission or scholarship. Girl Child Scholarship for Undergraduate Programs	Students must have been enrolled in any undergraduate course at UPES in the academic year 2021-22. Registration at UPES cannot be deferred under any circumstances. At least 85% of the student's classes must be attended each semester. In the preceding year, aspirants must have scored at least 8 CGPA. A candidate should not have been denied the opportunity to sit for the end-of-semester examination for lack of attendance, disciplinary grounds, or any other activity that violates the University's code of conduct. All courses must be passed on the first attempt by applicants. During the entire duration of the program, the candidates cannot take any improvement exams. Scholarships that have been discontinued for the duration of a course will be treated as discontinued for the duration of the course.
Girl Child Scholarship for Postgraduate Programs	UPES postgraduate degree candidates must have enrolled in the 2021-22 academic year. Under no circumstances should aspirants defer registration with UPES. Students are required to attend 85% of classes every semester. Last year's CGPA must be at least 8. It must not have been due to low attendance, disciplinary grounds, or any other activity that violates the code of conduct that students are barred from taking the semester-end exams. Students must qualify for all programs on the first try. Candidates must not have taken improvement exams for any of the courses during the entire duration of the program. For the duration of the course, a scholarship that has been discontinued will be treated as discontinued.
B Tech Merit-Based scholarship	Scholarships will be awarded to students who score an average of 80% in class X and XII and 80% in PCM for Tech (all streams) in Computer Science and Engineering. Each B.Tech program's scholarship allocation will be capped at 10%. UPES Dehradun scholarship is awarded on the basis of merit to qualifying students in the first semester. After the first year, scholarship is renewed according to university regulations.
B.Tech Scholarships Uttarakhand State Board Toppers	Allotment of one seat per program for merit orders. For the seats reserved under this category, the 15% Uttarakhand quota would apply. In order to study in Thailand, students must obtain a Thai Niwas Praman Patra (Permanent Residence Certificate). Students are eligible for only one scholarship, either through the Uttarakhand Board Toppers or through the Uttarakhand Resident category. The University will award scholarships based on its merit scholarship policy in subsequent years.

Allotment of 1 seat per program to the top 150 students from the UK State Board. 15% of the seats will be reserved for Uttarakhand residents under this category. Girl Child Scholarship

As part of the UPES Dehradun Scholarships 2022, UPES will grant a scholarship of 20% for girls entering undergraduate programs. Students who take admission at UPES in 2021 and score a minimum 70% mark in their 12th board exams will receive the scholarship for the first year.

UPES Dehradun Scholarships 2022 will only be renewed based on the following criteria:

During their period of registration with the University, students admitted to the M Tech program in the academic session 2020-21 with a GATE score that ranks 70 percentile or higher will be eligible for a scholarship @ Rs. 12,400/- per month.

UPES Scholarship for Girls to Enroll in Postgraduate Programs at UPES in Academic Year 2021-22: 20%

In the year 2021, all girl students who apply for admission to UPES will be eligible for this UPES scholarship if they achieve a minimum of 60% in their undergraduate program. The UPES scholarship will only be renewed for subsequent years if the following criteria are met:

1. UPES Scholarship requires the student to be enrolled at UPES Dehradun for an academic year starting in 2021-22 for a post-graduate program.
2. There can be no interruption or deferment of the student’s Postgraduate Studies at UPES Dehradun at any time during his/her registration process.
3. UPES Dehradun students must maintain an attendance record of at least 85% each semester
4. To qualify for UPES Dehradun, the student must obtain a minimum of 8 CPGA. 1. Merit-Based UPES scholarship:
