3. For applicants who are not U.S. citizens or who are British citizens, or who are Indian citizens working in Gulf countries, a GMAT score is required for consideration for admission (taken no later than Friday, 27th November 2020) if they are foreign or OCI.
4. When taking the GMAT Examination, candidates must register for the MDI Program on the GMAT website. MDIM will interview applicants who are selected on the basis of their GMAT scores. To determine eligibility for admission, the Government of India (GOI) will apply its rules.
5. Application status will be determined by the guidelines set up by the Government of India. By credit/debit card/Net Banking, candidates pay Rs.1180 (including 18% GST).
6. Successful candidates will be offered admissions later.

The Management Development Institute (MDI) was founded in 1973 as an independent institution in collaboration with KFW in West Germany and with the active aid of the Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI). 2. Candidates must have at least 50% or an equivalent CGPA in both X and XII.
3. List ItemThe applicant must have a three-year Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA. In any discipline from any University established by an Act of the Central or State legislatures in India, or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The candidate’s Bachelor’s Degree or comparable degree must include at least three years of study after finishing upper secondary schools (10+2) or equivalent. Candidates appearing in the final examination for the Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent examination) and having completed all requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree by 30th June 2022 may also apply, subject to providing evidence to that effect by 1st October, 2022; otherwise, they may be asked to withdraw from the programme.

If the university/institution/board does not have a mechanism for translating CGPA into comparable marks, MDIM will construct the equivalence by dividing the acquired CGPA by the highest allowable CGPA and multiplying the resulting fraction by 100.
