• The companies/organizations are invited by the Placement Cell known as the “Career Development Cell”, which is made up of the Professor-In-Charge (PIC), faculty coordinators, and student representatives.
• Recruiters who are interested use their online account to fill out a Job Notification Form (JNF) that has all the necessary information about the position. They can also send the information to the PIC's email address or the Placement office by mail.
• Any recruiter who wants to give a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) can send a request and all the necessary information to the PIC.
• Students can find the JNF online and on the notice boards, which also have important information.
• Students who want to join a company's hiring process can send written or online applications to the PIC.
• The Placement cell talks with the company and gives the company a certain date for the campus interviews.
• Using their online accounts, companies can look at the resumes of students who are interested in working for them and put them on a short list based on the jobs that are available.
• As part of the hiring process, recruiters come to the campus on the set date(s) to give the test(s) and/or interview(s).
• On the day of the interview, the recruiters must give out the final list of the chosen students (s).
