For admission to the PGDM program, candidates must score at least 80 percent in the CMAT entrance exam. Candidates for PGDM Healthcare Management or PGDM Rural Management should score at least 70 percent in CMAT. The final selection process will give 35% weightage to the entrance exam scorecard in order to be considered for the PGDM program.

WeSchool, Mumbai also offers an MMS and Ph.D. Executive Programs. Admission to the following courses depends on passing the entrance exam MAHMBA/ MMSCET/ CAT/XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT/GMAT/ Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET). The institute now allows applicants to apply without CMAT scores. They will also accept CAT and XAT scores, ATMA and GMAT. Candidats must score at least 387 on the MAH entrance exam to the MMS program.
