The candidates who belong to UAE and meet the eligibility criteria for admission to the institution are offered full scholarships throughout the program which includes a full waiver on tuition fees, hostel fees, transport fees, and cost of books.

Scholarships for Sudden bereavement of earning member of the family

The candidates who face financial hardships due to the sudden and untimely demise of the sole earning member of their family in that semester are provided a waiver of 100% tuition fee for a semester. A scholarship of up to 75% can be offered in the subsequent semesters, on a case-to-case basis, depending on means and need and the overall performance/ discipline of the student.

Scholarships for Physically Challenged Students

The candidates having any kind of physical challenge are given a 15% concession on the tuition fee throughout the program subject to satisfactory academic performance in each semester, the students must satisfy the conditions laid out.

Scholarships for Sibling

If the candidate’s family has more than one child enrolled concurrently, a concession of 25% on the tuition fee is offered to the second child until the first child graduates.

BITSAT Pilani Scholarship Guidelines

• At the time of admission, all students must pay their fees in full, and any scholarship awarded will be deducted from the subsequent fee payment.
• Unless otherwise specified, a student may receive more than one scholarship at any particular time, as long as the total scholarship amount does not exceed fifty percent of the semester's tuition fees, including all scholarships received. However, this does not apply if the scholarship itself is at least fifty percent.
• Regarding all scholarship and concession matters at the BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus, the institute's decision is final and cannot be challenged. The Institute reserves the right to revoke the scholarship at any time if a student is implicated in a disciplinary matter.
