Courses Offered at BIMTECH, Noida

Birla Institute of Management and Technology has 34 years of legacy in academics. It offers five different AICTE approved PG Diploma courses in Management. They are-

• Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)
• Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Management
• Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management
• Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance Business Management
• Post Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Development Practices.

The PGDM and Executive PGDM programmes are held at the postgraduate level, with a duration of two years and 15 months, respectively. Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) and Executive FPM programmes are offered at doctoral level with a duration of three-and-a-half years each. FPM is a full-time doctoral-level programme, whereas E-FPM is a doctoral-level programme but is especially meant for working professionals.. Both of these programmes are designed to equip students with research competencies. In addition to the full-time programmes, the institute also offers an online certificate programme with a duration of five weeks.

Eligibility for Studying in BIMTECH:

Any candidate who has completed his/her graduation with 50% marks is eligible to apply. Candidates appearing in final year graduation courses can also apply. For admission to PGDM & PGDM (IB), the applicant must have valid CAT/MAT/ XAT/GMAT/CMAT scores. Candidates will also have to go through a personal interview and writing ability test for final selection into the institute.

Personal Interview holds 25% weightage for final selection whereas writing ability test, entrance test scores and past academic performance and work experience hold 10%, 35%, 10% and 10% weightage respectively. Additional 2% weightage is given to candidates with engineering background, 3% to states of North-East, South India, and Jammu Kashmir, 2% to Minority or SC/ST/OBS/EWS candidates and 3% to female candidates.

The Infrastructure of BIMTECH, Noida

The campus of BIMTECH is conducive to academic learning and provides all the facilities to the students, including Wi-Fi enabled campus, air-conditioned classrooms, knowledge centre (a library equipped with over 82,000 books, 170+ journals, more than 20,000 e-books and 3,450 CDs/ DVDs), ATM, medical centre with an ambulance, multi-cuisine cafeteria, playgrounds, gym, etc. BIMTECH has a great network of more than 6,600 alumni who organise several events round the year such as annual alumni meet, story-telling sessions and webinars.
