TNEA Counselling 2023: Round 2 provisional allotment result released at tneaonline.org; here’s what to know

Today, August 12, the result of the second round of provisional allotments for the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA 2023) was released by the Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Tamil Nadu.

The TNEA round 2 tentative allotment for 2023 can be viewed on the official website, tneaonline.org, by students who registered for the second round of counselling.

An official statement reads, “Tentative allotment has been released for second round candidate, request you to login and confirm the allotment on or before 13-08-2023, 5PM, if you fail to confirm your allotment it will be stand as cancelled.”

Candidates who have received seats must sign in and confirm them by tomorrow, August 13, at 5 p.m. Within five days, students must report to the designated colleges.

How to check the tentative allocation for TNEA round 2 in 2023?

  • visit tneaonline.org 2023, the TNEA’s official website.
  • The ‘Login’ option is located in the upper right corner.
  • Enter your email address and the password you created for registration right now.
  • Send the entered login information.
  • The 2023 TNEA tentative allotment card will be visible.
  • Download it and save it for later use.

The TNEA Round 2 Provisional Allotment 2023 for 7.5 percent Government School Students, Disabled, Sports, and Ex-Servicemen Category Candidates has been announced by the DoTE.

TNEA Counselling 2023:

Online counselling for the TNEA 2023 is available. Candidates whose names appear in the TNEA cutoff are contacted for TNEA 2023 counselling.

The required cost must be paid in order for the eligible candidates to participate in TNEA counselling in 2023. While candidates from Tamil Nadu who are SC, SCA, or ST must pay Rs 1,000, general candidates must pay Rs 5,000.

Eliligibility criteria:

Candidates from Tamil Nadu who have completed grades 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 are exempt from submitting a nativity proof.

  • Candidates from states other than Tamil Nadu who have completed classes 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 must provide a birth certificate.
  • Parents’ employment certificates must be submitted for children or wards of Central Government employees who have worked continuously in Tamil Nadu for the previous five years.
  • Candidates must provide proof of their parents’ job if they have parents who are All India Service Tamil Nadu cadre officers.
  • Any Srilankan Tamil Refugee candidate must produce an identification certificate from headquarters.
  • No age limit.
