Eligibility Criteria

Experience Requirements

The candidate must fulfill one of the following conditions:

1. Holding an analogous post regularly in the parent cadre or department.
2. Having five years of regular service in Level-10 of the pay matrix (Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500) or equivalent.

Educational Qualifications

The applicant must have either of the following:

Option 1:

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Business Studies, or Public Administration from a recognized University/Institute.
• Four years of experience in indenting, purchasing technical stores, and store account management in a Central/State Government, Statutory/Autonomous organization, PSU, University, or recognized research institution.

Option 2:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Business Studies, or Public Administration.
• Diploma in Materials Management, Warehousing Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or Public Procurement from a recognized University/Institute.
• Five years of experience in indenting, purchasing technical stores, and store account management.

Age Limit

• The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as of the closing date of application submission.
