Balaji Institute of International Business has a placement cell also called as Corporate Communications Cell for all placement related activities. BIIB Pune placement cell helps to create a bond between the employer and students. BIIB Pune has various programs and training sessions to make students industry ready. BIIB Pune also has a student manager who keeps all the records of placement data. The main responsibilities performed by Corporate Communications Cell at BIIB Pune are managing communications between students and the institute, fixing updates for Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs) and managing the CVs or profiles of our student managers. Step 1: The placement cell at BIIB Pune invites recruiter’s placement season on campus.
Step 2: Employers visit campus for pre placement talks and share details with students about the job.
Step 3: Students communicate with the BIIB Pune placement team and send details of interested candidates to the employer.
Step 4: Companies send invitations to students for the placement process which generally includes aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews.
Step 5: Shortlisted candidates will be offered a job letter for joining.
Around 95% of students got placed with the highest package being 16 LPA last year, with average package of 6.5 LPA. 99% of the students got internships. Deloitte, Wipro, HUL, HCL, Vedanta, etc. companies came for placements. More than 400 companies visit the campus each year for placements, with equal opportunities of placement. Everybody gets internships here. We end up having two internships (Work from home) even in corona pandemic, as physical internships were not allowed by the government. Our college invites many companies for placements, but they mostly offer sales and marketing profile jobs. The internship is also provided by our college only. Every college has its own CPS team to look after the internship programme.
Campus placement of the college is 100% but some get good companies and some don’t but overall, many corporates come during placements placement is good highest package 10 LPA and avg 5 LPA one needs to have no backlogs and they are eligible from 3rd sem itself for placements. Nearly 100’s of companies visited the college during campus placement and everyone got placed because the huge opportunity is there till the end especially for marketing there are various profiles are offered by companies in every field like finance, marketing, HR, operations, etc but for finance companies are less and placement is not that good students get marketing profile.
For internships many companies come on campus GD, PI takes place bug names like Deloitte come and take 2 students only like this but everyone gets internships easily in Balaji. Various roles are offered different projects for different candidates finance, marketing research, etc. My project was related to finance excel work route cost analysis my senior helped me by giving clarity about the project.

I am amazed by the fact that how can one single organisation be so resourceful. They helped me from the beginning till the end. 9 faced a lot of problems hurdles as they say it, but they had a solution for them all. My association with Mr Kanhaiya Agarwal, the founder of Formfees, a niche start-up in education space, goes back to school days. Kanhaiya and I were school friends and I have watched him closely during his evolution from a young charming boy to a hard core entrepeneur.
