Final Placement 2019-21

Each member of NDIM works tirelessly to ensure the best possible placements for its students in the companies of their choosing. While focused efforts are made from the beginning to foster and enhance our students' potential for better employment in leadership positions, year-round attentive attempts are made to add more recognized MNCs to our recruiter's list and welcome current recruiters with larger packages and bigger roles.

Despite the first wave of covid-19-related lockdowns and concern, the final placements for the 2018-20 batch were accomplished with 100% success considerably before the course's finish. Similarly, despite the economic instability and slowness induced by the second wave of covid-19, the whole 2019-21 group received Excellent placements.

The final placement process for the 2020-22 batch began in September 2021, and as of mid-February 2022, 365 (81%) students had already landed their dream jobs with Top MNCs (ie 6 months before course completion). Many more firms are looking for students to fill the remaining 19% of available positions.

With over two decades of 100% placements, our students and alumni continue to make us proud through their hard work and devotion. The latest placement figures, together with the AICTE-CII Award of 'Best Corporate Linked B-School' for three years in a row, have consolidated our standing as one of India's premier B-Schools.
