To take out Percentage of Marks of 10th and 12th Class, all you need to follow is a simple formula. Begin by gathering the necessary information -

  1. Total marks or the total marks for each subject in the class.

A percentage can be calculated by dividing the total number of marks achieved by the total number of maximum marks of the student and multiplying by 100. Using this method, you'll be able to determine the raw percentage.

For better understanding, if we take the total marks obtained 480 out of a total maximum of 600, the raw percentage would look like this (480/600) * 100 = which is 80%.

Depending on your requirements, round off the percentage to the desired decimal places or leave it as is.
