Criteria for eligibility to participate in the BVP CET 2022
Under the below-given section, you will find information on the eligibility criteria for the 2022 BVP CET.- For the entrance exam, only Indian nationals / Foreign nationals / PIO (Person of Indian Origin) / OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) / NRI (Non-Resident Indian) citizens are eligible.
- General category applicants must obtain a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam, and reserved category applicants must obtain a minimum of 45 % marks in the qualifying exam.
- Candidates appearing for the final exam are also eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
Eligibility criteria for Engineering course
- To apply for the entrance exam, one must have completed HSC exams from a recognized board or a diploma from a recognized university.
- Among the mandatory subjects for the qualifying exam should be Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and Biotechnology, as well as any technical or vocational subject.
Eligibility criteria for MCA (3 – years Full time / Lateral Entry) course
- A maximum age limit for applicants has not been set by the official authorities.
- To apply for admission in a full-time MCA program, one must have completed a three-year Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or an equivalent exam from a recognized university. In order to apply for the MCA (Lateral Entry) course, students need to hold a Bachelor's Degree in BCA / BCS / B. Sc. (IT / Computer Science) with mathematics in Class 12th
- Mandatory subjects: Mathematics should be the mandatory subjects in the qualifying exam.
Eligibility criteria for MBA course
Educational Qualification: One must have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field to apply for the entrance exam.Eligibility criteria for Post Graduate (PG) Medical course
- To apply for the entrance exam, one must have completed an MBBS degree from a recognized medical college located in India.
- Internship: Applicants must have completed a one-year rotating internship by the application deadline before April 2022 to apply for the entrance exam.
Eligibility criteria for Post Graduate (PG) Dental course
- To apply for the entrance exam, one must have completed a BDS degree from a recognized dental college in India.
