I call this college institute because this is best college PGDM in pharma I had checked for the the fees of colleges and I had found other colleges expensive as compared to this college and due to some economical problem by comparing with other colleges I choose this college as I am comfortable with the fees of this college as well as this college is best as compared to other colleges in placement as well as in infrastructure and all the students studies. 

I don’t have any bad remarks but yes, if I had an opportunity to be a part of it in any way, I would not stay behind. You never know the kind of learning, fun, and exposure you gain, with that. I learn till now and will continue to learn something or the other, till I can. My extrovert and open nature, my outspoken personality (though little) has come only during those 2 years. Before that, I was very reserved, calm and bookworm.

Seniors here are very helpful and are there to help right from the counselling session. There is a society involved to interact with freshers and make them familiar with culture of college.The college has strict policy regarding to ragging. The alumni network is very good with alumni spread all over the world and connected to Mitcon in various ways.

MITCON Placement

Almost 90% of the students in PGDM agriculture business management got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month. Almost 100% of the students got internships. It is an average college of management because good companies are not visiting here for campus placements. There are no top recruiting companies for any courses.

Around 30 students are already placed for summer internships in different companies, both MNCs as well as domestic companies. Around 95% of the students are going to take internships from the college itself. The students who passed out in this year are already placed. Only 8 students are yet to be placed. The salary package offered was approximately 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA. The highest salary package offered was around 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.2 LPA.

The placements offered in the college are average. The average packages offered are about 3-4 lacs per annum. To pursue B.A, it is just an average college. The companies visited the campus are India Bulls, Hdfc bank, axis bank, etc. But it is sure that every student get the placement opportunity as they are many opportunities provided by the college. The college allows you to participate in many interviews. You can choose the company according to your requirement.
