NMAT by GMAC 2023: MBA exams will start from October 10; a schedule out

The timetable for the NMAT MBA 2023 has been made public by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). Candidates who intend to take the NMAT MBA exam must register by October 10 at mba.com, the organization’s official website.

Registration for the NMAT MBA 2023 opened on August 1. The NMAT MBA test will be given by the council from October 10 to December 19. Candidates taking the NMAT exam must have a Bachelor’s degree in any subject with a grade point average of at least 50% in order to be considered for admission to NMIMS Mumbai and other MBA institutes. They would be required to pay Rs 2800 for the NMAT exam and any applicable taxes.

One original attempt and two retakes are the maximum number of times a candidate may take the NMAT exam. There must be a minimum of 15 days between each attempt for the retakes. Within the 70-day test window, the candidates will have the option to reschedule their NMAT exam day and time according to their convenience.

Schedule for NMAT

After creating their NMAT account, candidates can schedule the exam from August 2023 through October 2023. The following actions are required to correctly schedule the NMAT exam:

  1. Visit the NMAT Dashboard after logging into your NMAT account.
  2. After successfully paying the exam cost, select the ‘Schedule Exam’ option from the menu.
  3. Using the active feature, schedule the NMAT date and time.
  4. Select the testing option, such as a home-based remote proctored online test or a test center-based online test.
  5. the test hall ticket can be downloaded from the dashboard.

The NMAT exam has no negative grading, and each section is worth the same amount of points. After the announcement of the NMAT MBA result 2023, candidates will have 48 hours to download their scorecard. Candidates have three chances to raise their score.

NMAT Registration Process:

Level 1Visiting the official NMAT website and creating an account using a valid email ID and other personal credentials.
Level 2Open your email account and click on the verification link received by GMAC and sign up successfully for NMAT 2023.
Level 3Enter your personal credentials, academic credentials, work experience details, choice of MBA courses of various colleges accepting NMAT scores (You can select up to five courses and b-schools), preference of test cities and ID number i.e Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, etc.
Level 4Scan and upload your photograph and digital signature as per the resolution (Max 1 MB) and the format (JPG/JPEG, PNG, GIF) specified by GMAC. If the document will be more than the specified format, GMAC would not allow its upload.
Level 5Save and submit the information that was input above, then go on to the payment step. You would receive your “NMAT ID” after paying the fees, which would be issued by GMAC itself. Print out a copy of the page for your records. GMAT will now notify you when it is time to schedule your exam, reserve your spot, and download your admit card. The identical information will appear on your NMAT dashboard.
