XIMB MBA-BM Admission 2023: Application Form Out Now, Eligibility, Selection Criteria, Steps to Apply Here

The Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar (XIMB), an autonomous private B-school has now opened the application window for admission in MBA-BM 2023. Interested Candidates may visit the official website .xim.edu.in to apply. The last date to fill the application form up is December 08, 2023.
As reported previously by Formfees.com, CAT 2023 began the registration process from August 2, 2023. However, the exam is scheduled for November 26, 2023.
Selection Process: MBA-BM, XIMB 2023
Exams at the national level, such as the CAT, XAT, GMAT, X-GMT, and X-RAT, are required for admission to the MBA-BM programe at XIMB. Students must also fulfil the prerequisites for each course in order to be eligible for admission.
Candidates who have been shortlisted based on their scores on an admission test (such as the XAT, CAT, GMAT, or X-GMT) will be contacted for a group discussion, a writing test, and a personal interview in Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, or Mumbai (if an offline interview is being held).
To attend the interview, candidates must cover their own lodging and travel costs. The candidate’s performance on the XAT, CAT, GMAT, or X-GMT, the interview, as well as their prior academic standing and pertinent professional experience, will all be considered in the final decision.
How to Apply: MBA-BM, XIMB 2023
| Step 1: | To receive your specific XU ID/Login ID/Username and Password by email for logging into the XIM University application form, provide your basic information in the “New User” area. |
| Step 2: | Log in using your XU ID, Login ID, Username, and Password in the Existing User area. Complete the fields for personal information, education, and work history. Select the program(s) for which you want to apply and the appropriate test option(s), Statement of Purpose (SoP) writing Submit after adding your signature and photo. (You may have your scanned or digitally captured photo and signature available in advance in JPEG format. The photo’s proportions may be around 200×250 pixels, and the signature could be around 250×125 pixels (both photos would be around 50 kb in size). |
| Step 3: | The application cost must be paid using the Payment Gateway. (The application fee is Rs. 1700 for the first option and Rs. 400 for each additional option. Use a single application if you’re applying to various programmes or taking several tests.) |
ELIGIBILITY Criteria: XIMB MBA-BM Admission 2023
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum cumulative GPA of 55% in any discipline, earned from an accredited university. Students in their last year of study who plan to finish their final exams and other requirements for the degree by June 15, 2024, may also apply.
Additionally, the admission is listed for MBA-BM Program below:
- 1) The XAT, which will be administered by XLRI Jamshedpur on January 7, 2024;
- 2) the CAT, which will be administered by IIMs on November 26, 2023;
- 3) the GMAT, which can be taken in 2022 or 2023; or 4) the X-GMT (XIM General Management Aptitude Test), which will be administered by XIM University on January 28, 2024, at Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Mumbai.
For X-GMT, there will be an additional charge of Rs. 1300. If an applicant chooses to take the XAT or CAT, they must adhere to the XAT or CAT ads and submit their applications on time. If not choosing the X-GMT, registering for the XAT, CAT, or GMAT is required before enrolling to the XIM MBA-BM programme.
