UP BTech counselling 2023: Registration Date Pushed to August 20; Steps to Apply, Fees

The registration deadline for UPTAC BTech counselling 2023 has been moved to August 20 by the Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling. The deadline for submitting counselling applications has also been moved for all other programmes.

Candidates must register at the official website, uptac.admissions.nic.in, if they want to take engineering courses at state universities.

By August 20th, the registration cost must be paid in full along with the application. The registration fee for UP BTech counselling is Rs 1,000. The caste certificates must be granted on or after April 1, 2023, for candidates who fall under the OBC and EWS categories. The requirement is necessary since OBC requires a creamy layer.

“Last day to register for all programmes has been extended through August 20, 2023, 23:59 HRS.” A detailed schedule will be made available soon, according to the UPTAC website.

Candidates should enter “NA” in place of the mother’s and father’s names on the UP BTech counselling registration form if the parents’ names were left out when registering for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA).

How to register for 2023 UP BTech Counselling

Candidates can register for the UP BTech counselling 2023 by following the instructions below.

• Visit uptac.admissions.nic.in, the UPTAC website.
• Find the candidate activity board by scrolling down.
• Click the registration link under UPTAC BTech counselling 2023.
• It will then show the registration page for UP BTech counselling.
• Register by entering your JEE Main application number.
• Now log in with the generated credentials and enter the security code.
• Fill out the application and send in your top selections.
• Review the application form before making the payment.
• Download the confirmation page for your application.

The board further stated that no changes to the institution or branch will be permitted once an applicant has been given a seat.
