UGC Chairman Jagadesh Kumar: CUET UG 2023results RELEASED by July 17, DU, BHU, JMI & others open registration window

By July 17, the CUET-UG results would be made public, according to UGC Chairman Jagadesh Kumar. The results were previously anticipated to be made public by July 15. Candidates are advised to keep a keen eye on the official website – cuet.samarth.ac.in.
Jagadesh Kumar, quips, “The CUET-UG results will be announced latest by July 17. When we announce the results, it should be error-free. And look at the complexity of administering the CUET-UG — 841 question papers were used, 214 in different languages, 534 in English and Hindi and 93 in 11 regional languages as the medium. The total number of questions in these papers was 1.48 lakh.”

Kumar said, “Candidates were permitted to contest the keys from June 29 to July 1. 3,886 of the 25,782 answer key challenges received—or 3,886 in total—were unique. It takes time to process all of this data and finalise the findings.”
Following the release of the results of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG, the undergraduate admissions process will start at more than 200 universities around the nation. Meanwhile, for this academic session,2023, the central universities began the admissions process for undergraduate degrees.
Admission through CUET UG 2023: Allahabad University, Jamia Millia Islamia, University of Delhi (DU) begin registration
While registration at Allahabad University started today. Previously reported University of Delhi (DU) has already begun the registration process. However, Jamia Millia Islamia and Banaras Hindu University have already closed the registration window.
UG admissions to Central University through CUET in 2023:
Delhi University
Registration is now open for DU UG admissions in 2023. On the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) webpage, candidates must register. 1,67,940 of the 2,28,398 candidates who had registered on the CSAS portal by July 11 had also submitted their applications. The major courses that DU offers include BA (Hons) economics, BCom, BA (Hons) English, BA (Hons) psychology, and others. Over 70,000 UG seats are available at DU across all colleges.
Jamia Millia Islamia
The application period for programmes at Jamia Millia Islamia’s undergraduate level is now closed. Through CUET UG 2023, the university will admit students to 15 degrees, including BA (Hons) Persian, BA (Hons) Urdu, BA (Hons), BA (Hons), BA (Hons), BA (Hons), History, BA (Hons), French and Franchophone Studies, BA (Hons), Spanish and Latin American Studies, BA (Hons), Economics, and more. The programmes in Persian, Urdu, History, and Chemistry are those with the most seats available. The Persian course has the lowest annual charge of Rs 6,700 while the solar energy programme has the highest annual fee of Rs 44,900.
Aligarh Muslim University
The registration period for CUET-offered programmes at AMU for Undergraduate Admission 2023 ended in February. Only 15 programmes, including the BSc (Hons) Community Science, BA (honours) courses under the faculty of arts, BA (honours) courses under the faculty of sciences, BVoc production technology, BVoc polymer and coating technology, and BVoc fashion design and garment technology, will be offered by the university under CUET.
Banaras Hindu University
On June 26, registration for Banaras Hindu University’s UG admission 2023 was also closed. When the CUET UG scores is made public, the university will publish a merit list based on the results. On the official website, bhuonline.in, candidates will be able to monitor counselling updates and merit lists.
Allahabad University
Registration has begun at Allahabad University for UG admissions using CUET in 2023. The registration deadline is July 28. The application form is available on the official website, aucuetug2023.cbtexam.in, for those who qualify to apply.
CUET UG applicants appeared in 2023:
More than 14 lakh applications were submitted for the CUET-UG this year, which is a 41% increase from the exam’s inaugural edition the year prior.
In terms of applicants, the CUET-UG is the second-largest admission exam in the nation. 12.5 lakh students registered for the exam in its first iteration, and 9.9 lakh students submitted their applications.
