Two Gujarat men arrested for making fake mark sheets for 50 students, used Adobe Photoshop software & other tool

In Gujarat’s Mehsana district, two people were taken into custody on Saturday for fabricating marksheets for 50 students, some of whom used the documents to land jobs, according to the police.
According to the police, the mastermind, Kuldeep Parmar, utilised his photocopy business to fabricate marksheets for Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), Class 10 and Class 12 courses, among other things, for Rs 1,500 a piece.
According to a news release from the local Crime Branch in Mehsana, the accused altered the academic records of 50 pupils, making it easier for many of them to land positions in private businesses. Parmar (age 23) rented a space where he used a printer/scanner and Adobe Photoshop to replace the names on marksheets with higher grades.
He created such fictitious grade reports for 50 kids in about two months. According to the crime section, some of the students were hired by private companies using copies of their ITI marksheets made by Parmar.
On Saturday, after receiving a tip, the police conducted a search at the store and detained Parmar and his accomplice Vijaysinh Laxmanshin. The two have been charged with violating provisions of the Indian Penal Code 465 (forgery), 468 (forgery with intent to defraud), and 471 (passing off false documents as genuine).
