What is CMAT Exam for?

CMAT scores are accepted by all AICTE-approved institutions. CMAT scores are accepted at all AICTE accredited institutions and Universities Departments and Constituent Colleges or affiliated Colleges.

CMAT-2022 is scheduled to be administered by NTA as a three-hour entrance exam with a Computer Based Test (CBT) method to assess the applicants aptitude in various areas such as Quantitative Technique, Logical Reasoning and language Comprehension and general Awareness for admission to Management Courses for the academic session 2022-23. The CMAT-2021 participating Institutes that will be taking part in CMAT-2021 include those institutions that will accept the CMAT score.

Candidates who wish to be admitted to the MBA Courses in affiliated colleges/institutes that are part of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, which was previously covered under UPSEE is required to apply for CMAT 2022 examination, since the Score Sheet for CMAT 2022 will be used to get admission to the MBA Course at AKTU affiliated institutions and colleges in the academic year 2022-23.

Candidates have to apply separately to the institution that they want to apply to using an CMAT scores of 2022. After that every participant Institution will issue their respective cut-off CMAT scores that a candidate must meet in order to be eligible for admission to the Institution. After being qualified, the applicant must follow the admissions procedure for the specific Institution that may consist of the Group Discussion (GD) as well as a Personal Interview (PI). The final decision of the candidate will be dependent on the performance of the candidate during GD & PI.
