Great news for the nation as IGNOU and the Open University of Kenya Forge Strategic Partnership with the Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding.

The MoU was exchanged in the presence of the Honorable PM of India Shri Narendra Modi & H.E. President William Samoei Ruto, Kenyan President by VC, IGNOU, and Dr. Beatrice Muganda Inyangala

As mentioned a memorandum of understanding is a type of agreement between two or more parties. Similarly, GNOU and the Open University of Kenya Forge Strategic signed the memorandum of understanding in the presence of Sri Narendra Modi. 

This memorandum of understanding expresses a convergence of will between the parties, indicating an intended common line of action.
