Satva’25: Central University of Kerala Hosts National-Level Management Fest


Kasaragod: The Department of Management Studies, Central University of Kerala, successfully hosted the National-Level Management Fest, Satva’25. The two-day event saw enthusiastic participation from students and professionals across Karnataka and Kerala, making it a grand success.
The event was inaugurated by Prof. Vincent Mathew, Vice Chancellor (i/c), who highlighted the significance of such initiatives in fostering leadership and innovation among students. The program commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Arvind R. Gajakosh, Head of the Department. Prof. Amruth G. Kumar, Dean Academic, delivered the keynote address, while Prof. Rajendra Pilankatta, Dean Students’ Welfare, offered his felicitations. Mr. Rinoj P.K., Faculty Coordinator, proposed the vote of thanks. With over 40 teams competing across various events, the fest served as a dynamic platform for collaboration, creativity, and celebration, paving the way for the next generation of leaders.
St. Aloysius College, Mangalore, Karnataka, secured the Best Management Team title, while Kannur University Campus, Mangattuparamba, claimed the second position. In the Marketing Game event, St. Aloysius College emerged victorious again, with Mangalore University finishing as the runner-up. The Business Quiz was won by NSS College, Pandalam, while Payyannur College secured second place. The 3’s Football event was won by the Central University of Kerala, with Kuniya College of Management taking second place. Mangalore University emerged as the winner in the Treasure Hunt event, followed by St. Aloysius College, Mangalore, Karnataka.
During the valedictory ceremony, Prof. Saji T.G., Dean of the School of Business Studies, distributed prizes to the winners. Dr. Arvind R. Gajakosh, Head of the Department of Management Studies, Dr. John Paul M., and Mr. Rinoj P.K. also attended the gathering.
