PM Modi Empowers 70,000 New Recruits in Rozgar Mela

Today, on July 22, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be distributing over 70,000 appointment letters to recently inducted recruits. The distribution will take place during the Rozgar Mela, and the Prime Minister will address the new appointees via video conferencing at 10:30 am. In a social media post, PM Modi emphasized the government’s dedication to providing ample employment opportunities for the country’s young talents. The Prime Minister expressed that employment fairs have become a significant platform in this endeavor. During the upcoming episode of this fair at 10:30 am today, they will have the honor of distributing more than 70,000 appointment letters through video conferencing.
According to an official announcement, the Rozgar Mela is scheduled to be conducted at 44 different locations nationwide. The recruitment drive encompasses various central government departments, state governments, and Union Territories, all extending their support to this significant initiative.
The newly selected recruits, hailing from different parts of the country, will be joining various government ministries and departments. These include the Department of Revenue, Department of Financial Services, Department of Posts, Department of School Education, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Public Sector Undertakings, Department of Water Resources, Department of Personnel and Training, and Ministry of Home Affairs.
The Rozgar Mela signifies Prime Minister Modi’s dedication to prioritize employment generation. It is anticipated to play a pivotal role in fostering more job opportunities and empowering the youth to actively participate in the nation’s development. The official statement also mentioned that the newly recruited individuals will have the chance to enhance their skills through Karmayogi Prarambh, an online module available on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. This platform offers access to over 580 e-learning courses in a flexible “anywhere, any device” learning format.
