About Odisha NEET counseling 2022

The counseling will take place in three rounds: round one, round two, and round three, respectively. The Odisha NEET counseling reservations works as follows:

  • Scheduled Tribe (ST) 12%,
  • Scheduled Cast (SC) 8%,
  • Physically Challenged (PC) 3%,
  • Ex-Servicemen (ES) 3%,
  • Green Card Holders (GC) 5%.

Note – The following documents are required for verification: NEET 2022 scorecard, NEET 2022 admit card, Class 10 and 12 marksheets and certificates, Domicile Certificate (if applicable), Caste/Community Certificate (if applicable), and PwD Certificate (if applicable).

Odisha NEET counseling 2022: According to Odisha Joint Entrance Examination officials, counseling for MBBS and BDS admissions in Odisha would conclude on Friday (OJEE).

The counseling procedure for admissions to MBBS and BDS programmes at Odisha’s 14 medical institutes is now underway via Odisha NEET counseling 2022.

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) authorities are conducting engineering and medical counseling processes around the state, and the admission process will conclude on Friday.

Admission is now underway for 1563 seats out of 1635 seats available under the state quota in round 1.

According to the TOI report, admissions for 1700 MBBS seats would be offered at 10 government medical institutions and two private medical colleges and hospitals.

Additionally, the admission process is on for the 163 BDS seats in one state-run dental college and a private dental college. In Odisha, OJEE conducts counseling for 85% of MBBS and BDS seats in medical and dental institutes, leaving 15% for All India Quota (AIQ), for which the Medical Counseling Committee conducts counseling (MCC).
