NTA Declares CUET 2024 Exam Dates; Tests Scheduled for May 15th and 31st

Between May 15 and May 31, 2024, the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2024 will be held to determine admission to undergraduate degree courses at institutions across the nation. The CUET UG 2024 test date has been published by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in the exam schedule for the academic year 2024–2025.
The University Grants Commission (UGC) replaced the merit-based admissions in colleges and universities in 2022 by introducing the CUET test 2024, which is now the second-largest entrance exam in the nation. In its first year, 14.9 lakh more people registered for the test than for the engineering-focused Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main.
This year, the CUET test was administered in three shifts after beginning with two sessions each day. In order to prevent the problems students encountered in the first edition, UGC raised the number of exam centres. The second edition, however, was similarly hampered by problems like far-off locations, delayed admission cards, and more.
5,685 applicants this year received a perfect English score. 4,850 applicants in the fields of biology, biological studies, biotechnology, and biochemistry received a perfect score, which was the second-highest percentage of students to do so. Announcing the results were 14 lakh candidates.
For admission to 134 private, 134 public, 32 deemed, 44 central, 44 state, and three additional participating institutions, the CUET test is administered. The JEE Main, CUET, and NEET entrance examinations could be combined by UGC into a single test.
CUET PG test date 2024 for admission to postgraduate programmes in colleges and universities has also been declared by NTA. The dates of CUET PG 2024 are March 11–March 28.

CUET Eligibility Requirements 2024
The CUET Eligibility Criteria 2024 as well as a thorough announcement will be released by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Student applicants for the CUET UG should confirm that they satisfy the requirements before submitting an application. The following qualifications must be met to qualify for CUET 2024:
- The CUET eligibility requirements state that there is no upper age limit for CUET UG applications.
- Those who graduated from high school or finished their 12th grade in 2024 are qualified to take the CUET UG 2024 examinations.
- For the General category, candidates must have a minimum score of 50%, and for the SC/ST category, a minimum score of 45%. Candidates ought to have completed certain topics in +2,depending on the programme.
- Every university has its own unique set of specifications.
