NMRC Recruitment 2025: The Noida Metro Rail Corporation Limited (NMRC), a joint venture between the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, has announced the recruitment of a General Manager (Operations) for 2025. This position is crucial for overseeing the operations of the Noida-Greater Noida Metro Corridor.
The recruitment is open to experienced and dynamic Indian nationals through Deputation, Immediate Absorption, or Direct Recruitment.

- Position: General Manager (Operations)

- Pay Scale: IDA Pay Scale of INR 1,20,000 – 2,80,000
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a government-recognized university or institute.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 17 years in Group A/Executive roles within the government sector.
- Experience in handling operations and maintenance of Railway/Metro/RRTS.
- Proficiency in developing operations plans and procedures.
- Management experience in OCC/DCC/CC.
- Experience in operations training, train headway analysis, safety measures, and station management.
Desirable Experience:
- Exposure to planning, procurement, and contract management.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Metro Rail, Railways, or RRTS.
Age Limit:
- For Deputation: Up to 56 years as of the application closing date.
- For Immediate Absorption and Direct Recruitment: Up to 52 years as of the application closing date.
