The third round of counselling for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test – Postgraduate (NEET PG 2023) will be closed today by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Candidates who have already signed up for NEET PG round 3 counselling in 2023 will be able to lock the preferences they have previously entered on the official website, mcc.nic.in.

- Visit mcc.nic.in, the official MCC website.

NEET Counselling 2023: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the minimal requirements listed below in order to be eligible to participate in NEET Counselling 2023.
- Candidates who pass the NEET 2023 exam may apply for counselling.
- All of the listed candidates, including those from J&K, are eligible to participate in 15% AIQ Counselling based on the MCC’s merit list.
- To be eligible for the counselling process, you must first register on the official MCC UG medical counselling website.
NEET Counselling 2023: Central Universities’ Requirements
The requirements to participate in NEET Counselling 2023 at central universities AMU, BHU, JMI, and DU are listed below.

Faculty of Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) Delhi | Out of the 50 BDS seats, 47 are allotted through NEET Counselling conducted by MCC. The remaining 3 seats are under the institutional quota. To be eligible for these 3 seats, you must have completed class 11 and 12 from JMI schools. |

NEET Counselling Requirements: OCI Candidates
On September 29, 2021, the Supreme Court issued a ruling governing OCI candidates’ involvement in the counselling procedure. OCI applicants may apply for Open Category seats beginning in 2021 on an equal basis with Indian nationals. Prior OCI applicants submit a counselling application under the NRI seat/quota category.
