Manipur University is hiring for the following Group-A positions:

Eligibility Criteria

1. Registrar

• Educational Qualification:
  • Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale where grading is followed.
  • At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of service in Academic Level 12 and above, including experience in educational administration.
  • Comparable experience in research establishments or other higher education institutions.
  • 15 years of administrative experience, with 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
• Age Limit: Preferably below 57 years.

2. Finance Officer

• Educational Qualification:
  • Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale where grading is followed.
  • At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of service in Academic Level 12 and above, including experience in educational administration.
  • Comparable experience in research establishments or other higher education institutions.
  • 15 years of administrative experience, with 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
• Age Limit: Preferably below 57 years.

3. Librarian

• Educational Qualification:
  • Master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade on a point scale where grading is followed.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Librarian at any level in a university library, or 10 years of teaching as an Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science, or 10 years of experience as a College Librarian.
  • Evidence of innovative library services, including ICT integration.
  • A Ph.D. in Library Science/Documentation/Archives and Manuscript Keeping.
• Age Limit: Preferably below 57 years.
