Jharkhand: Central University VC promises better amenities on campus

​Two days after a rat was found in cooked food in boys’ hostel of the Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ), the vice-chancellor on Wednesday inquired about the problems being faced by the students. CUJ students protested for 15 hours after a rat was found in food served to a student in boys’ hostel on Monday. They withdrew the stir after meeting with VC Kshiti Bhushan Das on Tuesday.
