The National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra has taken a strong initiative. The institute is organizing a 5 day long workshop. The workshop is focused on “Stress Management and Professional Excellence”. The program is organized by the IKS cell of NIT, Kurukshetra.

The workshop will take place from 24th November 2023 to 28th November 2023.
Aim and Objective of the Workshop
The major aim of the workshop is to target the growing cases of stress among people. In today’s time everyone is affected by stress. Work stress, stress of studies, parenting stress, and stress has become a major issue of people today. There is not any specific age group to have stress issues. Working professionals, students of schools and colleges, parents, housewives, everybody is struggling with stress. In the event major strategies will be discussed in order to manage stress.
Stress Management is connected with mental wellbeing. The session will try to cover all the effects of stress on personal and professional life. The IKS cell has organized this interactive and useful session. There will be various activities, expert discussions, and practices which will bring a positive approach to deal with the problem.
The event will also cover the importance of Professional Excellence in the event. With the professional excellence a person commands over a certain aspect, learn a skill and then implement the skill in his professional life. It gives a positive growth to the career of the personal. Professional Excellence helps in mastering a particular skill that brings an optimism towards career growth of the person.
