- Experience: Candidates should have experience in developing sheet metal parts, machined parts, injection-molded parts, DFMEA, tolerance analysis, RCA methods, and compliance with international standards like IEC and UL.
Salary and Other Benefits:
- Lead Engineer / Technical Lead – Power Conversion (R&D):
The selected candidates will receive a consolidated pay of ₹1,00,000 per month (minimum), which is all-inclusive. However, the salary will be adjusted based on qualifications, experience, and expertise. - Senior Design Engineer – Mechanical (R&D):
The selected candidates will receive a consolidated pay of ₹70,000 per month (minimum), which is all-inclusive. Again, the salary may vary based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
