IIM Lucknow: Launches FOURTH BATCH

According to a formal declaration, the IIM Lucknow: Launches FOURTH BATCH of the Senior Leadership Program will begin on December 30, 2022, at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow).

The program’s stated goal is to give mid- and senior-level professionals with at least seven years of work experience the opportunity to develop their strategic mindset and diversify their functional expertise necessary to lead business success through engaging live online sessions and a five-day on-campus immersion at the IIM Lucknow campus. Over 350 participants have benefited professionally from this program’s three batches, it stated.

The program’s curriculum consists of eight modern courses, case studies from the actual world, and a group project that will prepare participants to meet the difficulties of senior management. Participants will obtain a certificate and become eligible for the renowned IIM Lucknow Executive Alumni status after completing the programme.

It further stated that over 65% of participants had job experience spanning from 11 to 20 years across a variety of industries, and that IIM Lucknow had seen an overall 107% rise in enrolments since the previous year. According to Ashutosh Kumar Sinha, assistant professor of strategic management at IIM Lucknow, “The Senior Leadership Programme has been established for senior managers and aspiring leaders to sharpen their foresight and agility to think strategically and act more decisively.”
