“The  Strategy session will Navigate the Economic Downturns and will be  opened by the keynote speaker Mr Himanshu Saxena, MD and COO, BBH India. Therefore, IIM Amritsar is proud to host its 7th Annual Operations and Strategy Conclave SANKSHETRA 2023 on 9 December 2023”.

About the Keynote speaker Mr Himanshu Saxena: 

Mr Himanshu Saxena contributes to the expansion of global giants like Starbucks, Unilever,  PepsiCo, Diageo, Nike, GSK, HSBC, and Nissan. Not only this but he has been instrumental in steering numerous businesses and  brands to unprecedented success as well as major Indian players such as Asian  Paints, Idea Cellular, Bajaj Electricals, Marico,  Airtel, and Reliance Jio

SANKSHETRA 2023 is an event where the students will be able to feature a panel discussion on emerging trends in the operations and strategy field. This 7th Annual Operations and Strategy Conclave, SANKSHETRA 2023, will be held on December 9, 2023. And this year the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar (IIM Amritsar) will host this auspicious conclave SANKSHETRA 2023.

About IIM Amritsar 

The Indian Institute of Management Amritsar which is not popularly called as IIM Amritsar is temporarily located within the campus of Government Polytechnic College. Though the IIM Amritsar will soon move to its own eco-friendly campus of approximately 60 acres. Therefore, which is under construction at Manawala on Amritsar-Jalandhar GT Road in about 3 years time. 

IIM Amritsar is one of the young members of the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) Umbrella established in 2015 which is a Public Business School and an Institute of National Importance located in Amritsar, Punjab. Also the institute was inaugurated by Surjit Singh Rakhra, then Minister of Higher Education and Languages, Punjab on 6 August 2015. IIM Amritsar is currently headed by Prof. Nagarajan Ramamoorthy who is ably assisted by various chairpersons to domains such as , MBA Program, Students Affairs, PlacementsExecutive Education, etc.Hence, M Amritsar was established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development in 2015, India.
