Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

• Master’s degree in Agriculture and Allied Sciences with 4/5 years of bachelor’s degree.
• Candidates with a 3-year bachelor’s degree must have:
  • A 2-year Master’s degree.
  • UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET qualification.
  • 2 years of research experience or a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Qualifications must align with ICAR memoranda F.No. Agri.Edn.16/27/2014/HRD dated 13.07.2015 and 09.10.2015.

Desirable Qualification

• Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Extension, or Statistics.

Emoluments for ICAR-IGFRI Recruitment 2025

• First & Second Year: ₹37,000 per month (fixed).
