Gujarat NEET UG Counselling 2023: Round 1 choice-filling dates rescheduled; last date to fill choices by August 12

The Gujarat National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG counselling round 1 schedule has been changed by the Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Courses (ACPUGMEC) Gujarat.
The official website, medadmgujarat.org, will accept choices from candidates who are participating in round 1 until August 12 at 3 p.m.
“All the choices which were previously filled by all the students have been cancelled. So, all the students will have to compulsorily fill the choice again for the revised first round admission programme” the statement from the committee stated.
Gujarat NEET Guidance 2023: steps to fill choices
Candidates can fill out the options for Gujarat NEET round 1 counselling by following the instructions provided below.
- Visit medadmgujarat.org, the official website.
- Select the ‘Medical, Dental, Ayurvedic & Homoeopathy’ tab.
- Use the registration ID and password to log in.
- Select the “Choice details” tab now.
- To browse the list of available programmes and colleges, click on available options.
- Go to the ‘fill choice’ option and click it.
- Sort options based on seat type, institute type, and branch.
- For Gujarat MBBS/BDS 2023 counselling, provide more options.
- Rearrange options according to preference
- Select “Save Choice” from the menu.
- ‘Save and quit’ should be clicked.
- Take a printout of the filled-out options by selecting the “lock choices” tab.
In its most recent update, the committee informed all applicants that those who had previously filled out choices for admission to government seats, management seats, and NRI seats for medical and dental UG programmes in government, grant in aid, and self-financed colleges for the academic year 2023–2024 had been cancelled, and all registered applicants would now need to fill out and lock choices for Gujarat state MBBS counselling 2023 Round 1 once more.
