In order to foster a culture of research in architecture on its campus, the GITAM School of Architecture in Hyderabad held a two-day national research conference for students.
The symposium’s two days were devoted to the study of architecture, urbanism, and the built environment.

This conference invited abstracts (roughly 300 words) followed by full research papers that shed light on the various problems and difficulties caused by the current pandemic as well as the multifaceted responses from various socio-economic sectors of the Indian economy, including the impact of the pandemic on rural consumption and income, role of agriculture in absorbing the crisis, public health and educational achievement during the pandemic, among other aspects.
