Eligibility Criteria

For Senior Resident Posts

• Educational Qualification:
  • MBBS with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma in the relevant specialty from a recognized institution.
  • Candidates must be registered with the Gujarat Medical Council or National Medical Council.
• Age Limit:
  • Maximum 45 years as of the interview date.
  • Age Relaxation:
    • OBC: +3 years
    • SC/ST: +5 years

For Full-Time Contractual Specialist Posts

• Educational Qualification:
  • PG Degree/DNB/Diploma in the concerned specialty.
  • Experience required:
    • PG Degree holders: Minimum 3 years
    • Diploma holders: Minimum 5 years
  • Must be registered with the Gujarat Medical Council or National Medical Council.
• Age Limit:
  • Maximum 70 years as of the interview date.

Salary Details for ESIC Ahmedabad Recruitment 2025

1. Senior Residents (Residency Scheme – 3 Years)

• Basic Pay: ₹67,700/- (Level-11, Index-1 of Pay Matrix)
• Additional allowances as per ESIC rules

2. Full-Time Contractual Specialist

• For Junior Scale (3 years post-PG experience): ₹1,44,607/- per month + TA & DA
• For Senior Scale (more than 5 years post-PG experience): ₹1,68,317/- per month + TA & DA

Selection Process for ESIC Ahmedabad Recruitment 2025

The selection process consists of a walk-in interview held on the 20th of every month. Candidates must report to ESIC Model Hospital, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad before 11:00 AM on the interview day.
