Delhi Schools, Colleges, Offices to Remain Closed from Sept 8-10 Amid G 20 Summit

Due to the G20 meeting taking place in Delhi, the Delhi Government has stated that all schools, institutions, and offices in Delhi would be closed starting tomorrow till September 10. The government declared “all the Delhi offices closed for G20” as a result of the traffic and security limitations put in place.
To minimise any hardship caused by the restrictions the Deli government has set, ministers and delegates from various G20 member countries will attend the G20 meeting at separate locations.
In light of the G20 summit, all schools, institutions, and offices in Delhi would be closed from September 8 to September 10, according to Delhi Minister Atishi.
“Our nation’s hosting of the G20 Summit is a source of great pride. I applaud the complex on building a magnificent conference complex at Pragati Maidan, the site of the G20 Summit. For the G20 Summit, eleven highways have been renovated, and significant beautifying work has been done, according to Atishi.
The government has released the Hindi and English G20 rules for Delhi 2023. According to a number of media outlets, the G20 summit will be held at the cutting-edge Bharat Mandapam Convention Centre at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi.
The “G20 India” mobile app was established by the central government to provide smooth communication between Indian and international delegations. To access UPI and navigation tools while at the summit, attendees can use the G20 India smartphone application, which provides language options for all of the participating nations.
