Eligibility Criteria
BBSSL has announced several job openings across various positions. The available posts are:
1. Lead – Vegetable Seed Business:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.
- Master’s degree in Agriculture/Management from a recognized institution.
- 12-15 years of relevant experience.
2. Lead – Traditional Seed Business:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture.
- Master’s degree in Genetics & Plant Breeding, Horticulture, Agronomy, Seed Technology, or Management.
- A Ph.D. in the relevant field is preferred.
- Over 12 years of experience in the relevant field.
3. Zonal Lead – Sales:
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in Agriculture/Horticulture.
- Master’s in Agriculture/Horticulture/Business Management (preferably MBA).
- 10-15 years of experience in the Seed/Agri-input industry.
Maximum age: 45 years.
4. Executive – Seed Production & Processing:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Seed Technology, or Plant Breeding.
- Certification in Seed Production or Seed Processing (added advantage).
- 3-5 years of experience in seed production or processing.
Maximum age: 30 years.
5. Executive – Sales & Marketing (Seed):
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. (Agri.) / B.Sc. (Hort.) with 60% marks from a UGC-recognized university.
- M.Sc. (Agri.) / M.Sc. (Horti.) / MBA (Marketing) or MBA (Agri. Business) (added advantage).
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
Maximum age: 30 years.
