Tomorrow marks the end of the first phase of Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) counselling 2023 for admission to MBA degrees in the state management institutes, according to the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). Through the official website, icet-sche.aptonline.in, qualified individuals may submit an application.
The seat distribution order will be given following the conclusion of the AP ICET counselling phase 1 registrations, and candidates will need to confirm their seats by paying the necessary admission fee.
On September 25, the results of the seat allocation for phase 1 counselling will be made public. Candidates who received a seat through phase one counselling are required to report to the designated institutes and colleges within the specified window of time; else, their admission may be cancelled. On September 27, the MBA and MCA programmes’ classes will start.

For applicants from open and backward classes (OP, BC), the AP ICET counselling cost is Rs 1,200; for SC, ST, and PwD candidates, it is Rs 600. Based on the amount of open seats, AP ICET counselling will be conducted for MBA and MCA candidates.
Admission to AP ICET 2023
The final allocation of seats will be made contingent upon meeting the requirements established by each college in the state of Andhra Pradesh on an individual basis.
Only those applicants who successfully completed the counselling process are granted admission.
The allotment order letter must be submitted by candidates to the assigned college. Candidates must provide the original copies of their academic transcripts. Additionally, candidates must pay the admission price.

AP ICET Counselling: Eligibility Criteria
The shortlisted candidates must satisfy the requirements in order to be contacted for the seat allocation process:
- Candidates are qualified for the counselling step if they receive an overall score of 50% (for the OC category).
- To be eligible for counselling, SC and ST category members must have an overall grade point average of at least 45% on both the AP ICET and their degree.

What is AP ICET?
