Ans. Remarks : For admission, I have given the IPU CET exam in which I scored around 53%. You can easily apply from GGSIPU official website for the exam. After the exam result was declared and I got the opportunity to go to many colleges but I opted for LLDIMS due to Its impression/review for the BBA course was very good.

14. Is PGDM Better than MBA?

Ans. An MBA course develops theoretical concepts and focuses on developing the technical knowledge of a student. The PGDM course focuses on preparing the students for practical situations. MBA is a more affordable program. PGDM programmes cost can vary between 5 and 20 lakhs.

Ans. You learn to multitask, which is not easy for all. Even people at higher positions might not have this ability because they have not been trained for this. NDIM placements: The college provides the best placement to its students. Around 98% of the students get placed in placement drives. Top recruiting companies like KPMG, Deloitte, E&Y, Blackrock, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Protiviti, HUL, Colgate Palmolive, etc., visit our college for placements. The highest salary package offered ranges between 12-15 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges between 5-6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered ranges between 3-4 LPA.

NDIM infrastructure: The college provides excellent facilities and good infrastructure. Our college provides an online library, computer room, sports, auditorium, amphitheatre, etc. It has a separate third party hostel with good facilities. It has two academic blocks.

NDIM faculty: Professors in our college are helpful. They are very much qualified with immense knowledge. The college has the best course curriculum in PGDM colleges. The semesters are full of learning in which we can have a minimum of 2 months of internship and various live projects to pursue.

NDIM is a good college in Delhi NCR providing good placements and internships.

NDIM placements: 100% placements are provided by the college. The summer internship is mandatory for the students. They also provide live projects and a foreign trip is also arranged by the college to provide better exposure and experience to the students.

NDIM infrastructure: Good infrastructure and proper facilities are provided by the college. The canteen is good. The college organises many sports. The hostel is also good and provides good quality of food. They also provide medical facilities for the hostel students.

NDIM placements: The highest salary package offered is 16 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 6.5 LPA. The top recruiting sector of our college is a consultant and KPO. Top recruiting companies of our college are KPMG, Tata Motors Group, Bisleri and HDFC. Our branch strength is 480 students.

NDIM infrastructure: Free to and fro transport facility to the campus is available for students. The hostel charges for twin sharing rooms with furniture, air-cooling, attached bathrooms, Wi-Fi and common TV, start at Rs. 8,500 per month. NDIM provides separate hostels for both boys and girls.

NDIM faculty: The course curriculum has been bifurcated very well and has a perfect blend of co-curricular activities despite having an online mode of classes. Faculty members are quite decent as well. They are very much cooperative and helpful in their approach.

NDIM placements: Almost 99% placed in the recently year. The highest package is around 12 lacs, average is 7 lacs and the lowest is 5 lcs. Top recruiting company are black rock, Delloite, amazon, icici, hdfc. Area sales manager was offered to few of them in this course. Almost everyone did their internship.

NDIM infrastructure: The infrastructure is very decent, and the classroom and the other labs are well-equipped with a lots of facility. The library contains a lot of books for the student to read and the area is very calm, hostel is also very good and provide Wi-Fi access to the student.

NDIM faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and great experience. They provide a lot of data to students with more practical exposure and build a confidence among the students. They are interactive one on one with the students. They are making students ready for industry.

PGDM in Finance Management – Batch of 2022

It is a good college

NDIM placements: They all got internships with a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month and got placed in EY and other good companies. According to my friends, the highest salary package offered here was 11 LPA, whereas the lowest salary package offered was 3.6 LPA. Our college also provides international placements.

NDIM infrastructure: NDIM has two campuses, and one is for UG, while the other one is for PG. UG campus is old and not much good, whereas PG campus is new and well constructed. But both the campuses are very small. There is no canteen on the PG campus, so you have to visit UG campus for the canteen. However, there are all the other facilities.

NDIM faculty: All the teachers are very helpful and qualified. Most of the teachers have completed their Ph.D. in their specific subjects. The teaching quality is really very good. The Finance course curriculum is really relevant and helpful. We are also doing some external courses with help of our faculty, Sometimes college provides us with the guest faculty lectures to cover extra courses. The students are made ready for industry.

 NDIM placements: Almost 100% of the students got placed. Top Recruiting companies of Finance are Deloitte, BlackRock, E&Y, Bajaj Alliance, HDFC bank, IDFC First bank. Roles offered- Financial Analysts, US taxation, Audit Analyst. The highest package is up to 11lakh, the lowest package is 8 Lacs. The students are doing their internship. All of them doing a virtual internship.

NDIM infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available everywhere in college. Classrooms are fully comfortable air conditioner is available in college. The hostel facility is good. Hostels are not attached to the college campus. But college is providing us with the bus service to reach the college. We have 3 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel.

NDIM faculty: Teachers here were very helpful in our college, and they make students perfect for the industry. There are also many extra courses like certification of skills and many more like stock exchange, risk management, which make students perfect for the industry.

PGDM in Finance Management – Batch of 2021

I am highly satisfied with our college.

NDIM placements: I am a student of PGDM in finance course, and I am from the 2029-2021 batch. From the first batch, about 75% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Deloitte and EY are the topmost recruitment companies for our course. About 5% of the students from our course got internships in Deloitte, while about 7% of the students got in EY. Tax internship is the topmost role offered in this course.

NDIM infrastructure: The best part of our campus is that it gives us various opportunities. The college also provides Wi-Fi, computer labs and projector based classrooms in both the building of our PGDM course. The hostel is outside the campus, but there is an issue with the food quality of the hostel. Medical facilities and indoor games sections are available for us, and canteen food is also good.

NDIM faculty: The teachers are good and helpful. The AICTE provided guidelines for subject is good but there are few subjects which college provides on its own. They are not that useful and productive. There are always guest lectures in which people from corporate and industries come as speakers.

Placements are good enough.

NDIM placements: 98% of placements take place every year. Amazon and other big companies come for the recruitment process. HR, Marketing and Finance are the major courses offered by the college. And also minor subjects are International Business, operations, Digital Marketing.

NDIM infrastructure: The campus is good. It has 2 buildings to accomodate students of both the programs BBA and PGDM. All the essential facilities are present in the campus like – 24*7 Doctor on call, Wi-Fi enabled computer labs with good systems, well-stocked library, and a big space for sports activities with all the sports equipments. NDIM has 3 clean and hygienic canteens with all the cuisines for the students.

NDIM faculty: The best part of our institution is faculty members. Staff members are very helpful, especially visiting faculty members. The course curriculum is the best, and it covers almost every topic in our marketing course. They also provide different credit courses and encourage students to do online certification courses as well. This curriculum is very helpful, and it makes students industry-ready.

The college has a placement team which works hard for getting students placed.

NDIM placements: Near about 95% of students get placed. Some of the good companies come for placement like- HUL, ITC, Dabur, etc. The college has a placement team which works hard for getting students placed in final as well as internship placement. Package varies from 4 to 6 Lacs.

NDIM infrastructure: The Infrastructure of our college is good. Classrooms and the library are fully air-conditioned. IT lab with more than 200 computers and Wi-Fi facilities. The canteen is not that good. Quality of food available is okay but the options available are limited. Indoor games facilities are available like table tennis, pool, and some board games.

NDIM faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable and all are qualified with a doctorate degree, communication of all the teachers are immensely good. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes the students industry read. We also made a Company Based Research on various industries.
