TS ICET Special Phase Counseling
The Telangana ICET special phase counseling for MBA and MCA admission has been started by TSCHE.
The candidates who’ve passed the TS ICET examination successfully but couldn’t secure a seat in previous counseling sessions are now eligible for the special phase counseling. Generally, TS ICET MBA admission consists of two phases and a spot admission round. However, in the current session i.e., Telangana MBA 2023 admission, there’ll be a special phase of counseling followed by a spot admission round.
The details for TS ICET special counseling were posted on the official counseling portal, tsicet.nic.in, which included that the counseling will commence on the 15th of October 2023. The eligible candidates should register for the counseling session by the 15th of October 2023 and book the slots for certificate verification followed by the payment of the TS ICET counseling registration fee.

Eligibility Criteria For TS ICET Special Phase Counseling
The candidates who fall under the mentioned categories are eligible for the TS ICET Special Phase Counseling:
- Candidates who secured a seat in previous rounds but are not interested.
- Candidates who didn’t secure a seat in previous rounds but got their certificates verified.
- Candidates who didn’t exercise options but got their certificates verified.
- Candidates who secured a seat in the previous round and reported at the college alone are looking for better options.
How To Apply For TS ICET Special Phase Counseling 2023
- Visit the official website of TSCHE.
- On the homepage, find and click on ICET 2023 special phase registration.
- Register and create login credentials.
- Login using the same credentials and fill out the application form.
- Submit/ upload the documents and pay the application fee.
- Submit and download the application form.
- After downloading, print it out and keep a copy of it.
Official Notice
“The Candidate who secures provisional allotment in the special Phase in the same college with a different course has to download the fresh provisional allotment order (special phase) and once again report in the same college in a different course on or before 31.10.2023, otherwise, the provisional allotment in special phase shall automatically stand canceled.”
